Ron McMenemyRon McMenemy – CEO / Broker / Owner

Ron McMenemy began his career in commercial real estate more than three decades ago with The Ribeiro Corp. Throughout his career, McMenemy has continually demonstrated his ability to establish long-term relationships both locally and nationally with property owners, investors, retailers and other brokerage firms. In 1998, McMenemy’s successes lead him to be named general manager of Americana Commercial Group, a position he held for three years before purchasing the company in 2001. McMenemy continued to create success as the owner and CEO of NAI Horizon by leveraging the powerful relationships he had established early in his career. Ron formed McMenemy Investment Services, which is a preeminent boutique brokerage firm which concentrates on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, leasing and Asset Management to increase value.

Chris MazzoneChris Mazzone – Associate

Chris Mazzone joined McMenemy Investment Services in 2013 and brings extensive experience in customer service, sales, and finance. Chris greatly benefits the team with client-focused ideas. Chris has turned his focus to retail leasing including both Tenant and Landlord representation and prides himself in long term client relationships. Chris’ leasing experience and market knowledge gives him the tools to be successful in both sales and acquisitions. Chris moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles in 2003 and has been a resident for over fourteen years. He currently resides in Henderson with his family.

Chole BrownChloe Brown – Associate

Chloe has started multiple businesses that sold for profit while pursuing her passion of the fashion industry. Working in the fashion industry as a personal shopper for Saks Fifth Avenue and Calvin Klein has given her the skill set to connect with clients and deliver a prestige service to high end clientele. Her hardworking, positive attitude is what has brought her success and will catapult her to the next level in commercial real estate.

Tim MayesTim Mayes – Associate

Tim Mayes started building his knowledge in customer relations and business within the Golf industry. While playing professionally he worked his way up through the ranks at Golf Courses from Rancho Santa Fe, CA to Las Vegas, NV. This is where he found his passion for Commercial Real Estate. After joining the team at McMenemy Investment Services he has grown exponentially to include, progressed customer relations, contractual understanding and execution. Being a part of this high energy group has pushed his limits and knowledge to the next level.

Amy NguyenAmy Nguyen – Associate

Amy Nguyen began her real estate career in 2011 as a commercial agent for KW Commercial, Denver Central office. Amy made the move to Las Vegas in 2014, and recently joined McMenemy Investment Services from Virtus Commercial. Amy has extensive customer service, sales, negotiations, and research to assists landlords in lease and sales of retail and land. Amy lives in Summerlin with her two children, son Nick and daughter Jasmine.
